Salvador Dalí

Antonio Gaudí

Without a doubt, the greatest architect ever born in Catalonia. Father of the Catalan modernist movement, this man left a legacy that continues to be one of the best ever in the history of Spain.

His masterpiece, the Expiatory Temple of the Holy Family, is such a complex structure that he did not even have time to finish it during his lifetime. Declared a World Heritage Site, it is one of the most impressive works built by man.

Joaquín Sorolla

Sorolla has the merit of being one of the fundamental figures in the history of Spanish art, and one of the most universal painters of his time. His great sensitivity to capture light and movement has made him known as “The painter of light”.

Valencia being the cradle of this exceptional artist, the city becomes the ideal place to understand his great work full of rural landscapes, seafaring customs of the Spanish Mediterranean and his well-known portraits.
