Our quality policy points the way forward for us, but only through coherence, respect and responsibility can things go as planned. You don’t have to be an expert to know that there are some universal basic principles that we all need to respect for a pleasant coexistence: having good intentions, respecting the clients’ decisions, increasing their satisfaction, meeting the expectations, being consistent with our actions and their consequences, being honest and, above all, continuously adapting ourselves in order to offer an up to date service to meet the changing needs of our clients.
As with any other job, there can be difficulties, and we are not immune. We apologize in case you are reading this and are one of the people affected. We try to react as quickly and efficiently as possible, but at the end of the day we are people and not machines, so sometimes there are delays. We know occasionally it is difficult to be patient, but we can honestly say that whenever there is a problem both in Spain and abroad, all our team works hard to solve it. For Ken’s you are not a number, you are people with names, and we dedicate our time and work to get to know you personally.
Our programs focus on closeness and attention to detail so that everything goes well and you are satisfied. We look after our students and monitor the program extensively in order to check every last detail. We at Ken’s are a family, and as such we look after every member of it. Our best incentive is a job well done, so that the client is satisfied and eager to repeat the experience at any time.
Communication, therefore, is always constant, and there is a 24-hour telephone number that you may use for emergency phone calls or to message general inquiries, and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
