Dear Parents and/or legal guardians,
We are very conscious of the exceptional circumstances created by Covid-19.
We understand your concern regarding the impact that COVID-19 could have on our programs of linguistic immersion for the 2022-2023 school year, as well as 2022 summer camps in Canada. For this reason, we will be here for you every step of the way, to support you and clarify any doubts and questions you might have.
The students will have to make a down payment of 2500€ to reserve their course. A payment of 50% of the full price is due by April 1st, and the remaining 50% before July 2022.
NEVERTHELESS, IF THE STUDENT DECIDES THAT HE OR SHE WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE PROGRAM BEFORE MAY 1ST 2022, KEN’S WILL REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, INCLUDING THE DOWN PAYMENT.
After May 1st if the student goes ahead with the program, the cancellation policy will be according to article 1 of the particular conditions of the academic course in Canada 2022-2023.
